Call the Doctor, "My Stuff"

This has several great moments for me. In Riff 2, bars 3-4 there is a dissonant D/A for 2 and a half beats. I've been having a hard time doing it with my poor ability. It might be easier in a different tuning. The other moment in the ringing "B" in Riff 3. There are lots of ways to sound that, I don't quite know how they do it. Riff 4 requires tuning down to get the low C#/Dflat.

• Quarter note = 132 or so.
• Standard tuning.
• Tabbed where it felt good on the fretboard but there are alternatives.
