"Instant" and enter your email address: Announcements ***************** ***Volunteers (non-junior parents) needed Mon - Fri 8:30am for an hour (or until 12 noon if you have the time available). Please arrive at the new gym by 8:30am to help hand out pencils and papers. The first hour is most important. ***The Grady PTSA is planning a thank you tea party to honor all the many volunteers who have supported Grady High School this year. The Tea will held on Tuesday, April 29, 2003 at Park Tavern. Please forward the names of any volunteers to Lydia Brandon at btw83inc@bellsouth.net. This may include yourself or others, who have stepped forward this year and helped in any way at Grady. It could have been with the a club activity, for a teacher, on a PTSA committee or fundraising in the parking lot. Further details will be mailed later. ***The Interact Club is holding a book sale to benefit the African Library Project, Saturday, March 29th from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. To donate books, contact Ms. Whitten at whitten@gradyhighschool.org or call 404-296-2261. Books can be dropped off at Grady through Tuesday, March 25th. Leave your name and address on the books and Ms. Whitten will make sure you get a receipt for tax purposes. Come shop the book sale too! We will have quite a selection from many genres!" ***Parking lot volunteers needed by the fundraising committee to operate parking lots for 3-hour shifts during the Dogwood festival April 11-13. Currently 42 high schools from around the Southeast are scheduled to compete, If there are students and parents who have any interest in forming a FIRST Robotics Team at Grady, this would be an excellent opportunity to observe what happens at such competition and to ask questions of the participants.
