**** As summer approaches, parents should be aware that students must have 75 volunteer hours before they graduate. These hours must be done at a non-profit organization. Documentation forms can be obtained from the counselors.

**** The PTSA elected board officers to serve for next school year at the annual meeting Tuesday April 10: 

Diane Terrell - President
Jacquelyn Daniel - Vice-President
Berlina Scott - Secetary
Syd Janney - Treasurer

In addition, the following people have agreed to chair several committees:
Terry Ozell - Communication 404-876-7159, Joe Giardina 4/8851071 and Kevin McGlynn 4/872-6643 - Fundraising,  Lil Dyer and Sarah Rick 4/581-9944 - Arts Council

If you are interested in assisting the work in any of these committees please contact the chairs.

**** Youth Radio Commentaries are being aired on WABE 90.1 FM at 7:33 a.m. each Wednesday morning from 4/11 through 6/13. The following students have commentaries: Maureen Dougherty, Will Martin, Zanna Watkins Hughes, Emily Koehl, Joel Lemuel, Ashley Hayes, Stephanie Hagan, Chantal Stepney, Jihan Stanford, Porter Griffith.

**** The Southern Regional Council and Youth Radio at Grady High will present a radio discussion on race, diversity and fairness. Tune in to WABE 90.1 FM on Tuesday, 4/17 at 7:00 p.m.
