Dear members, dear friends,
Rather a long time ago I sent the last newsletter. That does not mean that we did not do anything for the society, quite the contrary! We had so many things to do that I could not find the time to tell you about.
In this newsletter I wish to inform you about our first SOUVENIR !
It is a ceramics relief showing the home of Count von Luckner in Halle. The house is the place where the Count lived during World War II with his mother and is still standing and can be seen at our website. The street in front of the house was intended to be named after the Count (Felix Count von Luckner Street) but in the past they could not find any majority in the town council. As you will know the "officials" in Halle did not make any decision honouring the Count, for reasons, nobody can follow. Therefore we - among others - organised this society, and therefore we now selling this souvenir to achieve a good public relation.
The relief is about 18 cm x 15 cm x 1 cm (approximately 7 in x 6 in x 1/2 inch). About 300 grams. Every piece is hand made and unique. It has a hanger if you wish to put it on the wall.

It is a high quality souvenir of higher quality and,
therefore, not a very cheap one.
The price will be $25.00 USD.
Shipping and handling will be $15.00 USD worldwide.
Total costs: $40.00 USD.
Checks are possible but VERY expensive due to rather high
bank fees in Germany. So it would be $60.00 USD if you
would pay by check.
We cannot accept credit cards.
