* While a new, lower speed limit proposed by the National Marine Fisheries Service would have little effect on charter fishing boats in Brunswick and the Golden Isles, large vessels would have to slow down. The proposal would reduce the speed of vessels 65 feet in length or more to no greater than 10 knots, or about 11 miles per hour
