He is the way it really works.:

1. We talk and exchange e-mail to determine if I can help you.
2. We make a deal over the telephone.
3. I create a test site using a template that includes the basic look and navigation for your site (we refine this as we add the site's contents).
4. You pick about a domain name if you want one.
5. You purchase a hosting service and domain name (this can come later in the process).
6. You send me information and questions about your property and website.
7. I edit and publish your information on the test site and answer your questions.
8. You look at the test site.
9. Repeat steps 6 through 8.
10. While we repeat 6 through 8, I refine your template.
11. Sooner or later you are satisfied with the test site.
12. I publish the test site to your new domain.
13. I send you a bill.
14. You send me payment.
15. We decide how to maintain your site.

1. You research rental listing sites, determine which are the best for our property and estimate your ad budget.
2. You place rental listing ads that contain your URL on rental listing sites.
3. Promote your site by every means possible.

1. The quality of the information (words and pictures) you have about your property.
2. How often we are able to communicate, particularly by telephone.
3. My schedule.
4. Your schedule.

This is the simplest process of all.

1. You send me an update.
2. We agree on the scope of the update and how much time it will take.
3. We agree on a cost.
4. I make the update.
5. I send you a bill.

We might also make a maintenance agreement in advance. For example, if you want an availability table. We might agree in advance that I will update it for a year. Simple as that.

I will design your site so that updates are simple and quick.
