Monday, February 04, 2002Republican Candidate William Coit Stands in opposition to the Northern Arc
Republican congressional candidate William Coit, announced today that he stands in opposition to the development of the Northern Arc. "The Northern Arc destroys neighborhoods and the environment. It will not solve traffic congestion problems in suburban communities."
Said William Coit: "Government money can be used more effectively by completing the development projects in the pipeline, offering tax incentives to encourage more people to car pool, and promoting the use of mass transit.
William Coit is a republican candidate for congress in district 13. It includes portions of Gwinnett, Rockdale, Walton, Clayton, Butts, Newton, Spalding, Fulton, Fayette, Dekalb, and Henry counties. For more information, go to http://www.williamcoit.com.
