The Issues by William Coit Monday, November 26, 2001 Lottery I support the Lottery. The proceeds of the lottery can be used to fund social programs. The lottery is a tax on individuals who chose to play the games. Internet Gambling I am against H.R.3125- Internet Gambling Prohibition Act of 2000. Government should figure out a way to tax the proceeds of Internet Gambling and use the revenue to fund education, road construction, medicare, and other social programs. The Internet is a medium where government regulation should be limited.
