Vatican mosaic - click for big picture

It's over.  The election was on  November 6.  The runoff was on November 27:   Results.  Inauguration was January 7.  Follow the campaign on the web.

This is the only place that I know of where you can find all of the candidates and the campaign websites.  I also hope that this is a useful resource for candidates, campaign staff, and campaign web developers.   Photo courtesy Philip Greenspun.

I hope you will contribute to this effort by adding your public comments to the bottom of this page.  Or email me.

On this site you'll find a chart comparing the sites, a breakdown of the users who might visit a candidate's site.  If you need to talk with a web designer, you might start with an RFP.  If you want me to notify you when I update this site, please sign up for an email alert.  You can find a site history and the latest updates here.

Other organizations have critiqued campaign websites including the 1998 Georgia Governor's race.  You'll probably find them interesting.

There is an a brief analysis of the webistes on another page.  You can find the Atlanta Board of Education and House District 47 Special Election candidates here.

# According to State of GA law incumbents do not have to filea "Declaration of Intent to Accept Campaign Contributions," (a green card) if they are running for an office they presently hold, because under State law they are already required to file campaign disclosure reports for that office. The AJC has identified them as candidates based on their sources.
