Making an 18 year old beach condominium new again.

- This project entailed an entire condo that has been used as a timeshare and hadn’t been updated in 18 years.
- Every room was painted a fresh neutral color.
- New carpet was installed through out the condominium.
- Every window received new 2” wood blinds to replace the outdated and bent metal mini blinds.
- All illumination was updated with new and additional lamps.

- The back guest room was completed in a nautical theme to reflect the fact that the condo is on an island.
- Fresh sheers, new artwork, new spreads.

- A round mirror over the dresser and the addition of an existing wicker rocker made this room a great place to stay.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- We updatecd the master bedroom with a shutter headboard to blend in with the existing white rattan furniture.
- We replaced the valance and bedspread with a beautiful yellow and red floral and matching plaid fabric.

|
|
|
- A large framed landscape adds an idea of an additional window near the dresser.
- The master bath wallpaper was replaced with painted walls, new shower curtain, artwork, and bath accessories.

- One guest room was re-decorated with soft blue and green colors for a more feminine look. Wicker headboards were added to the twin beds and the mirror over the dresser was replaced. All new fabrics were introduced at the windows and on the bed.

- We used the same fabric for the valances in the Living Room, Dining Room and Sun Room to unify the three rooms that flow into one another.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- In the living room comfortable couches were re-upholstered.
- The recliners were in good condition and were left as they were.
- New artwork and a large mirror over the fireplace were added.

|
- The kitchen walls received a beautiful red clay color that replaced extremely bland small print wallpaper.
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- We installed a new glass top stove and overhead microwave to replace the well-used appliances.
|
