I provide the following professional services on an hourly basis, a retainer basis, or as otherwise negotiated. I offer a free one hour initial consultation.
Technical Architecture Consulting
- Infrastructure analysis for computing projects. I will provide a written report that will help you get the system you want at the price you want.
- Technical RFP preparation. I will prepare, review, and or edit requests for proposals to insure you accurately communicate your computing technical requirements to potential suppliers.
- RFP response analysis. I will analyze supplier responses to insure they will meet your technical requirements. I will provide a written report to help you complete you project successfully.
- Technical project management. I will manage the technical components of your project from requirement gathering, estimating, RFP process, purchase, installation, and operation.
- Technical documentation. I will prepare documentation for operations, IT, or other staff.
- Supplier management. I will manage your relationship with your technology suppliers. I will document significant issues that you must manage.
General IT Consulting
- Consulting. I have a broad knowledge of information technology, implementing the technology. Equally important, I have a great deal of experience in the human side of computing systems - The "people" processes that can make or break you technology plans.
Internet
- FrontPage 2000 training and support. I will train you to use the fundamental components of web building with FrontPage.
- Web design and publishing. I will create a basic website that you can maintain yourself.
- Web maintenance. I will maintain, publish, and serve as the webmaster for your website.
